here is a variation on the pasta that my girlfriend introduced me to:
boil up some rigatoni (the spiral pasta), spice up some canned chilli (beans or no beans it doesn't matter) and mix together. some place in pasta place in the east coast serves chilli and pasta.

also (via my girlfriend) somen noodles son! they're thinner and served cold like soba noodles. this is some real JDM shit right here! boil them up, drain, and rinse in cold water. add sesame oil and memi sauce. step up yo game and add spam, cut up scrambled eggs, scallions, and japenese cucmbers. it really hits the spot on a hot summer day.
