Ok about 3-4 months ago i put my cd players face plate on and i cracked it and after a few weeks to a month it started to act up.I had a sony explode cdx-650x and it was ok.But when it stated to mess up it just went crazy.It started to not show the text i had on my cds,skip,stay on a song # that i was not on and etc.....
 So i went to best buy today and i had my extended warrenty that i purchased.Well the installer told me three weeks before i would get it back depending on what was wrong wtih it.Well i went inside with it pissed but not showing it.The guy asked the manager if it could be shipped and exchanged he saw the dameged face but was like sure.
 I have never used it before and i had bought it like  1.5 year ago.So i got to go to the back and get a new cd player of my choose another player and if they had the same one i could get it but hell no i have had to many probs with it.So i got the newer model explode not the newest one.I got the sony explode cdx-700x that is xm radio ready.It looks a hell of alot better as well.
 All the buttons are not all in one area.So when they said if something goes wrong we will replace it or repair it they ment it.I got a new 200.00 cd player for 39.99 and still have 2.5-3 years left worry free.

Don't you love it when you get customer service? So rare theese days. Thats the way the good guys was. Apparently they went out of businuss. THe one near my houseis still up though.

I love best buy... i recently bought a cd player from them for like 180 bucks pluse the 2 year warranty... couple days later i dropped it and it broke... &nbsp;Went back and asked them if i could replace it... with no questions asked they just told me to go find another player... &nbsp;that is some sweet ass sh*t... Its like having a NEW cd player every year if you break it before the warranty is past due... &nbsp; &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/hehe.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':hehe:'>

I know how that works... I bought a 4x burner 3 years ago and have traded up 4 times, I know have a 24x... if only they would do the same for my digicam... pos.

I know it is so rare to get customer servie like that.I went there a few months ago and sked to have it fixed and they said it would have to be sent out for several weeks.I was like you told me it would be fixed inside the store.They said no not cd players so i said i wanted my money back for my warrenty and he refused.I left and when it started to get worse this time it looked like a different manger has taken over.At first i was told 3 weeks to get it out and back to me and i was like ok.But when i went inside he looked at it saw the break on the front face place and asked the manager and he said just let him pick another one i guess that the company would have done it anyway.But i like how they treated me this time and it was alot better.I willhave picks up today proboley.I have to update my webpage anyway so i will show them then.
