does anyone know anyways that you can make it pass the smog test if you have a SR20det swapped in? Because i would like to swap a SR into my next S13, and still street legal ^_^

It depends on what state you live in. Some states does not have emission laws.

...and I'll add that *technically* the SR will never be legal b/c it has never passed DOT standards relating to air quality.  So even if you state doesn't car, the feds do (the next time you get pulled over by a federal police officer, beware <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'>)

If the #### desiel trucks would get off the road we probably wouldnt have cars pass emissions...

hahaahha,

this question will be answered soon, since my car is almost done, and i'll let you guys know the outcome...
and i live in CT and they're  pretty bad here, maybe not as bad as cali, but still.

im guessin alota dry gas, and run that thing hot as ####...
