I always thought that "lip spoilers" were just add-on to the factory bumper, but looking at the pics of the C-West lip, it seems like it is and add-on to and after market bumper.
Any one have some experience with this piece???

On C-West website, all they seem to offer are front bumpers for the S13 and S14, not lips.

If it does replace the entire bumper cover then $240 is great ass price...

Greddy lip spoiler

this one seems just as good to me and from what i have heard from a few other people it fits the last model 240s as well as the 95-96

and for allot less money!

That looks like just a lip spoiler added onto the JDM Kouki front bumper.  The only other aftermarket lip I've seen for the S14 besides Greddy for the '95-'96, is Arc, and it's more of a front splitter than a front lip.
