I would think that a S2000 would still have more hp than my 240 will even after the swap.  240hp to 205 + mods???  And to the person who told me to research it myself, no offense taken, I like to get diffrent opinions on things.....then research them.  I used this scenario with my '94 Z28 and it ended up with 575hp N/A and still had a 200 shot of NOS to use if I ever came acrossed a car I needed it for (only used 4X in 3 months)  What can I run a safe level of boost at on the stock T-25, I know stock is 10psi.  What device can automatically control that when I am driving (if I need it.)  Anyways, thanks for the replies guys.
