I also agree with that list, although the term "MC" differs a bit when you refer to the south. Out of that list I think the most lyrically "genius" would have to be 3000 or Luda. Scarface and Bun B are fire too, but I'd consider them more pioneer rappers in the South than "MC's." If that makes any sense.
