quick question about part number (nismo gt pro 2way)

alright, i got a nismo gt pro 2way for my s14.

i wanted to make sure it was the correct one so i searched the part number

this is what it has on the box

Diff Assy R200-LSD

38420-RSS20

i searched the nismo site and it shows the following

38420-RSS20 C5 (m/t)
38420-RSS20 D5 (a/t)

mine doesn't state either c5 or d5, how do i figure it out?

the shafts are 6bolt

will either one work on my s14 which has a vlsd?

the site also doesn't state if its for s14 or s13. does that mean the lsd can work for either car? i thought the pumpkins were different. also it doesn't state open diff or vlsd which is also different (i remember reading something like all the nismo diffs only drop into vlsds, not 100% sure), of course unless it has all that info in japanese.

can someone shed some light, much appreciated.
