i am takin off the rear 4lug hubs rite now. do i need to take off the middle nut? 36mm nut on the spindle? i tried taking it off but i cannot keep the halfshafts from spinning. it juss spins freely. noway to loosen the nut. is therre a special way to do it?
help please

Should have done this before you removed the brakes, that way you could have used them to keep it from spinning...

Ebrake. leave it in gear and do it on the ground

Or hit it with an impact. maybe you have access to a cordless.

but why would you get rid of those cool gold se wheels?

only way is to put it onthe ground and loosen it now? i guess im screwd

Or just put the car into gear, opposite way of the way you're spinning it. . .

When I replaced my rears I just got a crow bar and wedged it in-between the old wheel studs.

i got the rears on fine. i tried putting it in reverse and turning it but reverse goes both ways?? so i juss dropped it on the ground with tires on. problem im having now is my rims does not fit thur the center hole in the middle. the hole in the middle of the hub does not go thru the rim. so i guess only nissan wheels fit? guess i need s14 wheels or z32
