S14a Blackout Headlights

i dunno how it works where u all live, but in my state, any tint or covering on the head OR tail lights is technically illegal.  In general, no one cares, but if a cop is looking to get you for something, or add on to something he's already go u for, it's a hefty fine.

Personally I don't understand why people are so into the blackened lights and altezza style (the carbon fiber altezza anyway).  Silver is a badass color, and nothing make a car look cleaner than a deep primary color paintjob and crystal clear lights.
