hi guys, I just installed Z32 26mm Front caliper and Z32 rear caliper....I also change my stock MC to 1'' Z32 MC...When I bleach, all the brake line are shooting out the fluid. My question is that my brake pedal is still too soft? is my caliper pistons are no good or something that I did wrong?

your suppose to take the flared fitting from the stock BMC and put it in the z32 BMC.

what does 'bleach' mean? do you mean bleed?
where on the brake line is fluid shooting out from?

I agree, I've done this swap as well but there is no way for anyone to help you if nobody can understand the post.

hmm, no flame but the name fits the comment.

CHECK: IF THE BRAKE ARE BEING BLED, THEN THERE SHOULD BE FLUID COMING OUT OF THE LINES, THIS CREATES NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR NEW, BETTER FLUID. IF YOUR BRAKE PEDAL IS TO SOFT, THEN YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOUR INNER FLOW STEM WITHIN THE M/C IS FITTED CORRECTLY ON IT'S SEAT, OR MAYBE USING THE WRONG DOT FLUID. JUST CHECK ALL THE LINES CONNECTING TO THE CALIPERS, I can gather you have installed conversion steel lines, so make SURE THE TREAD IS SEATED EVENLY. AND CHECK YOUR BRAKES FRONT TO BACK IN THAT PATTERN WHEN BLEEDING.

sorry about that..my english is kindda bad..anyway I am guessing is that my caliper is bad...so I will change to a different rear z32 caliper tonight and bleed it again tomorrow and see what's up....

you have a leak somewhere.. either your lines have holes in them, your bleeding screws aren't tightened, or your caliper seals are bad.

I did check around all the lines, and it show no sign of leaking....I'm just curious is it the caliper problem?

you still havent said where the leak is coming from?????? is it at the BMC...or that one caliper...if so were on the caliper...simple info like this can go along way to help you out in your little delema

make sure the bleeder on the caliper is facing up. if you installed the calipers on the wrong side then you will never bleed the system.

Going with what the wrote, it seems like he has multiple leaks (BMC?)

As for the OP, did you kink the lines when you were bending them? Did you correctly tighten the lines to the BMC? Give DETAILED description of your problem if you want a direct answer.

i have a good feeling, a very very...... VERY good feeling this guy didnt bench bleed his Z32 MC.

bench bleeding is over rated and a waste of time. 90% of the time you can go with out doing it. but i do agree that he didnt do something right.

you guys must have some bad comprehension skills.

he opens up the bleeder screw and bleeds them, all fluids come out, however the pedal is still soft.

he also changed to an 1" Z32 BMC as well.

whats so hard to understand?

*make sure you have the calipers' bleeder screws on the correct sides. as well as gravity bleeding.*

if the mc is used it sounds to me that the seal is bad and fluid is simply blowing by it when u hit the pedal, i would like to think u are compitant enough to install parts properly otherwise u should take it to a shop being as with effed up brakes u aren't just endangering yourself but other people also

yeah, it is.

if you like sitting there pushing air from the MC out the lines, wasting tons of fluid.. yeah, its a waste of time.

I found out the my z32 front caliper bleeder is down. that's I it didn't work. I change the caliper bleeder up, now it work...thanks everyone!
