i have a vlsd pumpkin and a an open pumkin
i was wondering if anyone would know if i could take the gears out of
the vlsd pumpkin and put exchange them for the ones in the open?
and no im not gonna go find axels, weld my diff or buy a 2-way. ive done all three and i just want a vlsd without finding axles.. thanks

wont work, gears are bolted outside the actual diff, only thing youd be changing is the ring and pinion... basically the gear ratio..... try try again... if you trying to get vlsd... but changing the gears is possible regardless of the vlsd or open diff...as long as its a r200 casing.

i dont think thats gonna work, i already tried swapping the output shaft out of my open diff and put it in the VLSD pumpkin and it didnt work. the output shaft went in fine, but one of the shaft wasnt long enough to engage the VLSD and it just ended up as an open diff.

the only way to make this work is to either get a 6 bolt VLSD output shaft or 5 bolt axle.
