no way man. the RB26 bearly fits in the S14s becuz of the twin turbo is hitting the steering column. to me it is IMPOSSIBLE to make the 3.0L fit into our cars, the RB26 is problems already and its a 2.6L. it Seems impossible, but with money u can do it.</td></tr></table><span id='postcolor'> WOW you are way off track. The Displace ment has nothing to do with fit. The RB26 is an inline 6 the VG is a V6 totally different block designs. The fittment issues are totally different. As far as wether it will fit or not. I don't think any one here knows for sure. The VG30et has been done as has the VH45DE (q45 motor). I am pretty sure that the VG30dett could work. It may need new exhaust manifolds to clear the strut towers as dose the VH. I admit that would be a challange to relocate the turbos and redesign the manifolds, but not impossible. Saying it bearly fits in the Z so it won't fit in the S chassis is pure conjecture. Unless you have measured the motor and measured the space between the strut towers, you can't be sure. |
