contact the officer:
tell him your car is not blue and that you were not driving at all on the day in question.
tell him also that your plate # could have been obtained on the internet because there are pictures of your car featured in various places on the web.
this will affect you when you get pulled over next time, the cop will assume you have been goofing off.
they have unlimited information in the computer i.e. education, all residences, family info, criminal record, every tiem you were ever met by an officer (pulled over but no ticket)
it's just like your file at the telephone and cable company, with comments included by each officer regardign your attitude etc.
it is linked with every system in the world.
ontario cops know about my buddies ticket in the states, and tickets throughout the country.
there is no limit, the computer must be stopped.......
