If your talking about the hks gt2530 that turbo is comparable to the s15 turbo. If you can get one for a good price go for it, but its doubtful you'll find one new for cheaper than a gt2871r or something of the like. Actually I dont think they still sell them anymore (gt2530). I think they replaced them w/ the GT-RS/GT-SS series. I'm not an expert on turbo sizing but i just used a turbo calculator and figured out the turbo i thought was good then talked to a few tuners. That helped me decide. I definately like wastegate over actuator type though (hence me pushing t3/to4e in my last post haha).
