I have this same problem when the idle screw is adjusted for a smooth idle. However, when the idle is set to a little lumpy, the car runs great. I am sure mine has something to do with the 75mm ProM Pro-flo MAF I have while the SR20DET JWT ECU was programmed for the '93 Cobra MAF.
I have yet to pull my MSD 72lb injectors to make sure they are working properly.
