Any resolution to this? My car just started these same symptoms tonight. It drives sort of fine at regular throttle, and then when full throttle is applied, or more then 25%, it sounds exactly the same as it did in that video. I also noticed that the EGR isn't moving with throttle anymore, like it used to. That could be it, but then again, the car has already had injector issues. Gonna do some testing tomorrow.
