To take out the bulb, you remove the cap, disconnect electrical connector going to the bulb, pinch the clip so that you can move it inorder to have the bulb base come out.
I know that was a long sentence...but I hope it makes sense. It's really not that difficult. I can't help you on the white bulbs....I have HID retrofit.
