sr20det problem

wondering if anyone has any ideas?
my car sputters, big time! anything from 3,000 rpm's and up. almost bogs down! wtf is wrong with it?
i have no leaks, tried every spark plug out there. its running really rich, it has back fired even shooting flames.
i basically can't push it over liek 25% throttle without it bogging/ sputtering.
its pisssing the fuck out of me.
any suggestions
let me know if you need more info to the story

id first check the throttle position sensor. it should be at .5 volts. obviously theres an a/f issue. check timing you should be at 15 deg btdc. oh and one thing, you might of checked already, make sure the coil packs are fully connected to where you hear the click. let me know how it goes from there
