With the OE eccentric bolt, just like any other car.

either way if you lowered with coilovers you need some adjustable arms t fix it fix your ride height to the rest of your suspension. as someone famous said "the need must fit the means"

location of adjustment bolt:
pull off the rear wheels and jack up the rear wheel
look for the arm in the back that is up on top and loops around the shock
follow it to where it bolts to the car
that bolt allows you to adjust camber by turning it
but it only allows for a small amount of adjustment, and its probably rusted to shit and seized.

but now, for the real answer:
to get it adjusted properly, you need to go to a shop and get a real alignment.
to get it adjusted into spec, you may need to install aftermarket camber arms and then go to shop and get a real alignment, depending on how much you lowered the car.

How low did you drop the car?? Camber is something you shouldn't adjust yourself. Go get yourself a professional alignment.

at the minimum you should get
rear camber arm and rear toe arm
i also suggest new t/c rods and inner/outer tie rods up front

for budget quality don't get anything with a solid joint.
get the spc rear adjustable arm set
adjustable and uses hard urethane bushings
you can get it on ebay.
they actually just revised their s14 ruca design

if you want one with heims
i suggest peak performance or battleversion
but toe and ruca is going to cost you

www.google.com might help you there. Or should we come over with a set and install them for you too?
