what tv shows are you guys following this season

man, I just have to shake my head at some of the things listed here.

I don't really go out of my way to watch any shows. I just don't have the patience to sit and watch TV and not do anything else, I have to be doing something. Tivo + laptop w/ wifi = win.

My wife watches all of those endless medical dramas that they keep pumping out:

And I just don't understand how people can watch CSI. When I was in college, for a while they were playing episodes of the original CSI in the student union, and i would see them while eating lunch. Seriously, it's like Law & Order for Dummies. The writers are like holding your hand through out the entire episode, double-checking to make sure you connect all of the dots. There was this one episode where blood was splattered on the wall, and there was an obviously human-shaped spot in the middle where there was no blood, and the characters stood there staring at it for two minutes as they slooooowly worked it over in their heads.

"hmmmm, look at this blood splatter"
"notice how there is blood splattered all around, but there is this section in the middle where there is no blood."
"it looks as if something might have been standing here"
"that must be why there's no blood in the middle"
"if you look at it closely, it looks kind of like the profile of a person" (NO KIDDING!! THAT WAS OBVIOUS AS SOON AS YOU GLANCED AT THE FRICKIN WALL!!!!!)
"hmm, that would mean that someone was standing here when the blood was splattered"
"you know what that means" (loooks at each other meaningfully)
"someone else must have been in the room at the time of the murder!"
"ZOMG! WTF?!?! BBQ!!!"
