+25 should definitely work with stock brakes.
I put a pair of my 16x7 +35s on today, and they cleared my JDM chuki 180sx brakes just fine, with room to spare.

It all comes down, at this point, to spoke design. If your spokes are pretty "flat" on the inside (side facing hub/rotor) then you may have caliper clearance problems. If the spokes are "dished/raked/angled" on the inside, then they will more likely clear the brakes.

I guess try to get a shot of the backside (wooOOoo! ) of those rims, to figure out whether or not they'll fit.

$355 for hayashis is... well, not a BAD price, but you can get better. Maybe not in the same condition, though. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> &nbsp;I'd say go for it unless you can seriously ONLY afford one set of rims. You could probably sell these for what you paid (if not more) if they don't fit...
