This is my first post so I better make it good to what i've noticed some people really know what their talkin about others try to sound smart but really look like morons but all in all I'm trying to learn all I can because my goal is to evantually get off the street racing scene and head to circuits and professional status well check my car and fun photoshop pic...

nope its Mad Skillz off his 95 release "From Where?" (he's from Richmond Va. one of the most slept on rappers ever! he ghostwrites for a LOT of people. love his stuff I gotta get to richmond and find his album "I aint mad no More" and the 12 releases. (or if anyone has them I'll pay!!!!) but check him out the boy's amazing on the mic
