I had a similar problem. Resulted in a bad connection between the coilpack and harness, where the two connect with the large plugs. Some of the wires on the engine harness side were not secure so the connection was bad (similar to bad coil like mentioned above).

check your compression in each cylinder. check yo head gasket

Mine did that, it was a coilpack problem.
