is everything plugged into the pump harness in your trunk?
what were the acutal relays you did check? did you check both the ones that are labeled EGI. i'm pretty sure there's two different ones.
but if the pump was working before you swapped in that motor, it must have something to do with teh way you wired your harness to your chassis.
