I had the same problem with the fuses melting, so we ended up just hooking the fans up to acc. So basically, the fans are on all the time...it takes a while to warm up, but at least you dont have to worry about the fans giving out.

that will cut down the life of your fans being on all the time.


also-
I was debating going with larger wire but i figured that the relays come with 14 gauge on them, and was unsure if the the large wire would really improve the current flow since the smallest point in the circuit is the relay contacts.
