also found out that if in LA you can not use the water for it is so polluted it turns into MUD!!!!! like a cake mix style mud! lol....

The engine did not ignite the steam. The design I saw replaced the spark plug, and water was fed to it where it was electolyzed on the spot into HHO and then compressed and ignited if I'm not mistaken. I'll try to dig it up.
