Is it possible to swap the front grill from an s13 silvia onto an s13 240sx? or swap the front end, or just the headlights....?

DO A SEARCH. this is common knowledge.

you cannot just swap the headlights or the grille. use your brain. the S13 JDM coupe uses fixed headlights and there is no "grill" (all Silvias come with a reflector panel between the headlights, the "grille" is usually an aftermarket grille or R32-GT-R-type grill) on the US-market S13 240SX and the US-market 240SX has pop-ups (same body as JDM 180SX). you have to do an entire front-end conversion, which is headlamps, bumper, hood, and fenders (and headlamp brackets). easy to do but expensive to find the parts.
