Ive met some dumb girls in their mid 20's, and some smart girls in their late teens. All depends on the person.

Years ago their was no marriage age in america. My grandmother got married at 14 with a doll in one hand and flowers in the other. The legal age in mexico now is what, 16? With all the hormones in the water these days Ive seen 17 year olds that look 25. Im not advocating sex with minors in any way. But when your rich and have no morals like r kelly, I can see how easy it is to do what he did.
