I think Chris explained it pretty well here. It also puts Chris and I into total Limbo.

Plus if you got reffed for an exhaust ticket the CHP is just going to do a look and listen situation. Its not like the ref where they inspect under your hood, put your car on a dyno and do a sound test while on the dyno which I might add is totally stupid shit to begin with. A engine does not change its sound revving at 3k stationary or running on dyno under load at 3k. Sound is the same at 3k no load or load. Fucking idiots need to study sound engineering and learn a little about frequencies hahahhaha.
