the RRFPR and fuel pump (as much as I would not go that route) should be fine for low boost. Although, getting a JWT ECU and 370cc injectors would be a "better" way to go. Really, you could get away with using the stock fuel pump with the JWT. So... what RRFPR are you getting anyways? The Vortech SFMU is well over $200 IIRC.

As for the IC, you probably know JGS makes IC's that I think have Spearco cores (they use the Spearco equivolent flow charts on their page.....). You can get a "Starion style" IC for like $400, with pretty similar dimensions to the HKS you were looking at.
