^most, if not all states wont let you for that reason. delaware dmv website lists a few prohibited number letter combos online when you apply for a vanity tag. like M and W's, 8's and B's ect...

Saw a red NA1 NSX with a built twin turbo motor and his license plate said 9000RPM. This was at autowave. I think it has around 1000 hp at the crank now?
