I can barely understand that garble but it sounds like the dash illumination is out, right? Replace the dimmer switch.

Kouki models have the foglight relay inside, above the fusebox behind the kick panel.

haha, yeah that's right. my bad for the dumb language. didn't know what it was called so i opted to describe it best i could. actually it works now! thanks for the help.

as for the fog light relay it's in the engine bay with the fusebox there under "fr fog" i apparently bought the wrong part number relay lol... talk about fail, so, that should fix that too! woot. 2523079981 is the part number for the fog light relay =/ i got the clutch one lol... wonder how could my nissan dealership mess that one up.

There are two relays. The one under the hood just cuts the power when the highbeams are engaged, the other one inside actually powers them from the switch.
