After my final exam today I went down to Malibu in Norcross GA to hit the arcades. I tried out the initial D game for the first time and man it’s addicting! After five dollars of playing around I finally got one of those cards. Right now Im using a black Sileighty with nismo wheels. If anyones in the Norcross/Lilburn area of Georgia wants to meet up some time at Malibu let me know. It’s an awesome game if you haven’t played it but alittle pricey. Its like 1.00 for the card and a 1.00 per game no matter if you win or lose!

I know theres probably a slim chance hes here. But there was this one guy playing the hell outta that game who actually drove a black 3rd gen. RX7. It was really fixed up but had a lot of dents and scrapes down the sides and front. I wonder if he drifts…

i hate that stupid game!

im so glad i have yet to find one in Socal otherwise my REAL 240 wouldnt have any upgrades.....

They have it at gameworks near me, thats an arcade that pays by the hour, ill go their one day and play for hours :-D

If youre on a tight budget, DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME! I played it a few times and I can tell you right now if it were closer to my house I'd have thrown away a lot of money by now.

lol... i love Initial D racing game.... just finished all the upgrade on my 3rd gen rx-7 now working on the ae86

Try Battle Gear 2 or 3... a lot more realistic-feeling than initial-d... but initiald's still cool -- too bad it costs a lot to play... plus you still have to pay after u beat the computer.

I sucked at the Initial D arcade game

, I'll wait for it to come out for ps2 before throwing away more quarters. Which I hear they are already working on a ps2 verison of the game. I gota japanese ps2, so i'm able to play the battle gear games. They're pretty fun, it's got some crazy tight turns on some of the mountains though

Like when George bought the Frogger arcade and he hooked it up to a battery so he wont lose his record. And he was bringing it down th street and they showed a bird eye view of him. Thats what we should do
