Please work on your grammar a little bit more so people can read with out having a migraine when trying to figure out what you are trying to say. At least go back and reread what you typed once to see if it makes any sense before posting. You sound like a cave-man.

hicas is sweet for parralell parking and not a whole lot more, if you swap out your motor youll have to remove it or at least presurize the lines and seal them, super hicas 240's have the same all wheel stearing system that came on the r33, easiest way to tell if you have it, is the side of the car will say it, there is a light next to the stearing column that says it, or you can look under your hood and on the pass side there will be a gold distribution block with a ton of brake lines and power stearing lines coming off of it.

if you want to try to keep it if you do a motor swap youll have to hold on to the power stearing pump from your ka and fab it to whatever motor you put in, there is also a secondary reservoir for it and several other sensors or at least there was on mine.

or he could just bend down and look under the back of the car to see if the hicas rack is actually there. I've seen tons of hicas labled cars with it removed/disabled.

if he swaps to a sr, theres a hicas pump. if he swaps to a rb, theres a hicas pump for it too, he shouldnt really have to fab anything

heres what wikipedia has to say:
HICAS (High Capacity Actively Controlled Suspension) is Nissan's rear wheel steering system found on cars ranging from the more recent Skyline and Fairlady Z (300ZX) iterations to smaller models like the Nissan Cefiro (A31), 240SX/Silvia (S13 & S15)/180SX and Nissan Serena/Nissan Largo. It is also found on models from Nissan's Infiniti division, such as the Q45 and the M45/M35. Unlike other four wheel steering systems, HICAS and Super HICAS are fitted to improve handling rather than as a parking aid.
Earlier HICAS versions used hydraulics to steer the rear wheels. The hydraulic system was powered by the power steering pump and used speed sensors to determine how much and in which direction to steer the rear wheels. Later versions, called Super HICAS, moved to an electric actuator for the rear steering rack, making the system much lighter. The Super HICAS system also used its own computer to control the system instead of speed sensors. HICAS and Super HICAS rear wheel steering is limited to about 1 degree in either direction.
HICAS was introduced on the 1986 Skyline GTS coupes (GTS, GTS-R, and GTS-X). The system was later adapted to work on many models in the Nissan range, beginning with the Passage GT.

Easiest way is go look under the back of your car

If there's a steering rack connecting to where the toe rods would be then yes you have Hicas

Hicas was such a headache for me

I converted my car to non hicas completely

It was a pretty big hassle, converted subframe, removed lines, got DOHC ps lines, etc

But oh well

At first I did the Kazama hicas delete bar, but eventually I wanted to run aftermarket toe rods (and just get rid of stuff I didn't need) so I just swapped subframes and did all that jazz

hicas doesnt kick in at parking lot speeds. had to be above a certain mph for it to work. does nothing for parallel parking.

It came on some Silvia's in Japan but not on coupes in the US.

I was always under the impression that under 15mph Hicas steered opposite the front wheels to make a tighter turning radius which in effect would help parallel parking
