rear wheel spinning too fast under hard cornering

Lets clear this up a bit..

does your right rear wheel spin faster than your left in both, left and right hand turns? under Acceleration? under Deceleration?

(in other words) Does the rear inside tire spin when you are on the gas through a corner? or is it always the right rear spinning faster?
