Hey guys.. i have a 1992 fastback 240sx SE im pretty sure it has a LSD since its an SE but... whenever i burn out only the rear right wheel leaves tire marks..it also feels lik its the only one spinning i have different tires ( i bought the car used)Any ideas? does it have one should it have one or am i completly wrong.. do the tires have anything to do with it

you be wrong
LSD was a gaurantee only if HICAS
but you can fix that. i got one for sale! 2 way LSD too!

double check? jack up car on diff
put car in neutral
turn wheel
does other turn other direction? say hello to open diff

argh damn open diff's lol i tested it on a jack... 750 and im not local :-S .. cant afford it

oh well guess i was wrong... i need an lsd ubercheap... time to go to the junkyards :-P

search around at smaller junkyards for HICAS 240s, and hopefully they won't know what they have. I came across a HICAS 240 at a junkyard that didn't have the diff listed in their inventory, and picked up the VLSD for $80 and the ABS driveshaft for $30
