There is absolutely nothing against them forcing you to go to a "lecture" because that is basically what it is. It no different then a Respect Class, a Sexual Harassment Course, or anything of the sort for that nature. As somebody else said as long as they ARE not forcing you to repent for you sins or something similar they are perfectly legit.

Why is it the mo-mo's can get away with stuff like this but if some one has a christianity seminar, a jewish seminar, satanist seminar then all the sudden the ACLU is involved saying someone's rights are violated. Fuck this shit. Your company is violating your rights.
