I have the same type toe rods, and had to lathe up new bushings for it to fit my new S14 subframe.
Not saying your wrong - but maybe you had a different brand?

I have had this brand on a s13 & s14 with no problems - I did not notice any play on the s14?

The subframe mounting point is 10 mm wider on the S14 for the toe link is all I'm saying. The arms are not directly interchangable.

and you are posative your s13 or s14 subframe wasnt off? 10mm isnt a huge deal to begin with.

Next time I have the 2 aprt I will measure myself.

Its funny that everyone sells the same parts for both chassis though?

Couldn't you throw on some SS washers to take up the 10mm? Maybe I'm missing something?

yes you could - the walls of the subframe would pull close that much when you torque down the parts too.

He is just letting us know - thats all - and I thank him for that. Good looking out.
