yes, germans are crazy...and ya have to love them for building something like this, and being crazy enough to drive it w/out a rollbar...

what kind of engine is in that, some kind of vw? am i reading that as 1.1L?

Thats awesome. I'm not sure I like the design though. The idea of having the gas tank between my legs is kinda scary!
 I wonder what the top speed on that thing is....

Most karts have the gas tank between your legs. No big deal. Then again same thing goes for bikes.
 The engine is from an old GSX-R1100, hence the name "gixxerkart". |
