just drive with your exhaust on and let it scrape on everything.. eventually clearance will create itself.

Custom all the way. When I re-do my exhaust, it will be with oval piping as well.

Check out "Dr. Gas". Oval piping kits, as well as pre-made transitions.
https://www.drgas.net/catalog.php?catid=3

3" tubes transfers to 2 1/4" tall for the Oval pipes.

Yeah, don't get me wrong, it's my favorite exhaust for sure, but it just sucks for ground clearance. I got some hose clamps today, and once I finish installing my header tomorrow, I'll tighten up those hangers and see what it does for me.

Yeah, custom exhaust is always gonna be your best bet for most ground clearance, and that oval exhaust pipe looks like the cats ass for building custom exhaust for a slammed car, think I'll use that on my next exhaust. And as far as those spikes go where did you find those brndck? Would be handy to get for my current exhaust.

ive always used zipties around the hanger bushings, metal clamps are probably better. nismo makes some tighter hangers too i think.

that would help a bit. if your exhaust is still too low, run 18's in the rear.

when I was running this one, on the 15s it sat on the ground I shortened the DP and it still was scraping, I think the oval looks like the best. :O

i remember seing one of koguchi pics were it showed the bottom of his car.

seemed like he had his pipes nice and tucked into the firewall like if he made a dent special for the pipeing.

after i knocked my exhaust halfway off, i pulled it back with a winch and too super heavy duty zipties and pulled it up to the hangers as close as i could. seems fine but scrapes i guess a little less. probably gained a few inches more clearance since i nolonger scrape everything on the road...

i made mine, it was an O, then a n, then a n, then i welded flat steel to the bottom making it a stronger n.

it was as high as it would go, touching the bottom of the car and subframe/diff.

i have no idea why i chose 3".

now i rock the stock.

I'll post pics sometime this week of my Hi-Power on my S13.

The clearance is fine and my car is slammed, not to mention I have the 80mm piping.

I can actually get some more clearance when I finally get around to chopping my downpipe.

GP Sports Exas Spec D, shyit is tucked into the underbody and no scraping for me... Unless it's a super steep driveway or high bump. Also, my I shortened the downpipe about an inch so it is pretty much touching my firewall.

Car's lowered enough to half-tuck some 45 series tires on 17's. Not low enough... I know. Hahah.

I have 3" straight through from the turbo back, 1-18" generic resonator and a AP performance canister muffler. Ya its loud and drones like crazy but it was 200 installed.
