With a bit of sewing prowess, do you think the seats can be repaired? I can't tell the extent of the damage from the picture.

Also, is this the case on both seats?

I'm in Gainesville so it wouldn't be a terrible drive to come grab them.

no you could pull the tab since its still attached and sew them.
both seats are this way.
