So I finished up assembling everything else for the manifold and actually got around to installing the steering rack bushings, they were really worn out and over due for a change. Old on top new on bottom, obviously.
Next up is the fuel delivery system upgrades which I will do tomorrow. I am recovering from a day of riding yesterday and one hard spill at 40+ Mph... this is for fun during weekends with no drift events! Last edited by Volchok; 03-09-2009 at 08:01 PM.. |

the brake with lines attached: welding the brake to a 1/8" piece of steel: grinding down the tranny tunnel to weld the plate to: welding it in: one side done: on to the other side: smoothing out the welds: bout to runs the lines through the firewall: through the firewall: lines hooked up to the master cylinder, just took out the hard line and attached it to the rear port of the ebrake and the put the line from the top port of ebrake where the hard line used to be. Done. and finished product again: |

Last night I finally was able to install the new fuel pressure regulator and new pro lite black braided lines with AN fittings. I am absolutely in love with the pro lite lines, and will convert everything to them!
the HKS fuel rail adapter: Sard FPR with the Blitz pressure sensor attached: I put a T in the line and attached the old Greddy FPR gauge into it, so I can read the pressure in the engine bay for adjustments. also threw on the Blitz radiator 1.3 bar cap and Greddy anodized blue oil filler cap. Need to anodize the valve cover. |
