i will get back to you all with the other pics, but anyways, spring rates are 6kg for the front and 4kg for the rear. The hardest part of the install was when a friend tightened a bolt instead of loosening(sp?) it. My friend was suprised how easy it was, he said it was a hell of a lot harder to install his Teins on his CL-S 6Speed, and no, the coilovers really dont own, but his is the first mod for my car, and i am so friggin happy i got it done, lol
