worst day, help, stuck starter bolt

my car recently died, figured out it was a starter

it is parked at a friends house with neighbors getting mad,
because my car is taking their parking spot so i need it out
of their quick before they decide to tow it

i had someone from zilvia come down to install it for me,
then problem after problem

it seemed i had to get another starter because the one i
bought had broken pieces, lucky the guy who came down
had an extra one

then the starter was being removed i found that there was no bolt
holding the starter down but one that had the head part broken off
now it was a pain to get it out and hour later and still no luck
tried calling a million places to install it or to take out the stuck bolt
but no luck they all overpriced and did not want to mess with stuck
bolts so i am stranded here because of one starter bolt

I need someone with a extracter kit to come down and take it out
so i can replace the starter

help me out
i need to fix this asap

I don't understand your gibberish but there's only two bolts securing the starter. If one is gone like you say and the other one is broken off, you should be able to just pull the starter out.
If not, rewrite what you've written in English please.

what hes saying is one bolts missing and the other ones head is broken off but not to the point where you can slide the starter out, that one bolts head is probvably stripped very badly

yea meant extractor
the car is parked in a small parking lot in front of the apartments
if you pull out of the parking there is a major street, so it will be
hard to push start,without causing traffic
