I need advice. So far this summer has been work, summerschool, and summer school. I haven't been able to save up the 4k I was hoping to earn inorder to recieven money for a swap & parts. Of course i'll be doing it myself to save money. Is there anyone where that obtained some kind of loan to purchase the engine? I know it sounds stupid to buy something with money i currently don't have... but

Most banks won't give out small personal loans anymore, your best bet is getting a CC and hopefully don't get carried away using it.

The easiest way is to just save the money. Putting it on a credit card is a desaster waiting to happen. Since you don't make much now you won't be able to pay it off anytime soon so you will be getting killed with interest.

Just be patient and save you moola!:hammer:
