Problem starting engine after 5sp swap

Ok here the story. I replaced the engine and did the 5sp swap to my s13. Now the engine tries to start but will not keep running. I have the same half of tank of gas that been sitting in the car for more than ten months with open fuel lines. I believe its a fuel problem since it ran after putting starting fluid in the intake. Now how do I check to make sure that the fuel injectors are working? Can I just pull the whole rail out and try to start the engine to see if they are shooting fuel into the cylinders. What should I do?

thanks

keep trying to start it. your fuel needs time to get back into the rail.
