I just finished doing a 5 speed swap and my tranny seemed fine the first stay a little stiff but i figured since its been out of the car just needs to warm up.
This morning i tried reversing and car wouldnt go into reverse. So now on my lunch break i went to try to mess with it and realized it wont even go in reverse with the car off.
any ideas ???

the tranny is bad or either the linkage is broke same thing happened to me

^^same, just get a new tranny man, theres someone on here selling one for a ka.
