Leaky Injector

I'm having a similar problem, except on a car I'm probably going to buy. It has a quarter panel dent as seen in the pictures. Could it be covered with widebody or popped/bondoed? I was thinking about slapping on some overfenders but I'm not sure if it'll work due to where the dent is.
