ahh, understood... yah, im working on it. id like to do the 5 lug swap and use some Z wheels for the track. they'll be black for sure! has anyone got pics of a S13 with Z32 wheels??

Its not how its mounted its the type. There was a thread a couple of months ago showing the diff ones.

Obviously there are different heights, lowest looks best on hatches IMO. Then there are ones that sit like his, or sit further back. Its not how you mount it but how its designed. The one he has should have a little notch where the antenna goes. The ones that sit further only have a notch for the wiper.

KiDyNomiTe: your the 1st to notice that i think! that thing goes through hell and back. i damaged it at hyperfest when i spun, and when i autox'd last weekend, i knicked a cone and it really messed it up, so the duck tape came in. im gonna get some white duct tape so it wont look so bad!

Wow...I don't normally like white fastbacks....But yours is an exception! It's got a very nice stance. And that's a real nice wangan wing you put on there. It's got that flow. Good to hear it sees the track too!

I'm very surprised you didn't hit those side skirts comming up on to the banking at Lowes. Those things make the car LOW.

yah, i was really worried about the lip b/c that banking is HELLA steap!! the 1st time i approaced i came out onto the apron and gradually went on, but it was the warm up lap so no problem. the 2nd time was at speed and my instructor was like " GO GO GO, NO! STAY ON LINE!! GO GO GO!!" haha, so i did as he said and grit my teeth and sure enough it was a-ok! so what do you plan on doing next year charles? more schools? im kinda at a crossroads. id like to race, but id really like to get through school. i took this semester off and the one before. im really regretting that, even though ive accomplished alot driving wise (ive really improved in autox, and i got to do the track event. i probably couldnt have if i were still in school). so im kinda at a loss. i can leave the car as is, and save for schools and go to real school to finish (2.5 semsters left! ), or go balls out and try and build a competitive car and give racing a shot. i think im probably gonna do the 1st, b/c id certainly have a better chance at succeeding in school than i would in pro racing. im kinda at a loss. your probably having the same problem right now yourself... so its down to:
A. go to (real) school, do some track events on the side, and be flat broke.
B. sell car, build race car, hope to succeed enough to make a living.

ill probably end up going back to school and cutting back on the car thing, just b/c its important and i still have the rest of my life to live. any opinions? geez i got really off-topic, eh??

Yeah dude you should go to school. The car is at a good point in its life right now, and shes happy. Just treat her well and she be good to you through school. Get a little part time job save just enough to do some car events. And after school get a big pimpin job and support the massive car hobbie. I know the feeling man. Good luck.

Oh and the v-opt looks so hot on your car. You have to come drifting with us now.
