The rear bumper is by Super Aero Costume Regulus.
This is their site: http://members.jcom.home.ne.jp/regulus-pro/, although they do not show the Silvia S13 rear bumper in the pics. However, it is indeed their kit. Edit: It's not "wut", but "what"... It's just one extra letter, dude  .
